I really like the volume of the kit and the build quality. I had to tip the fermenter to not leave a large amount of beer in the fermenter when bottling. Being by myself, I realized this is a two person job. I tipped the fermenter and made a huge mess on the floor , and wasted some beers. Overall, I would not recommend brewing with a Coopers Pale Ale kit - unless you want 'cheap beer'. Speaking of yeast, I should mention that before I did anything during this brew, I added it to a glass of warm water to activate it.
